TFG ****ming us Now....So Sad😭

I have an account with TFG and My account was handed over to some debt collectors due to missed payments.

Fine I understand that if u dont pay ur account they sent to debt collectors. But my problem here is when I went to the store Jet Evaton Mall to pay the full amount that I owe /to settle the outstanding balance I was owing, the cashier cashier gave me the balance on the system and I fully paid it

Now I'm getting calls from the debt collectors saying that I didn't pay their amount from Jet account, told them i did settle the Jet account even on the Jet systems my balance R0.

So the amount the collectors are requesting whose suppose to pay cause when I went to Jet Evaton Mall and requested the outstanding balance I was owing the debt collector's amount suppose to be included on the system.

I was owing JET store not debt collectors. TFG to sort it out.
