TFG ****mers

I opened my account with foschini 3 months ago and got a R900 credit, I have been paying my account and up to date, I was shocked a few days ago to learn that I have only R100 credit, I requested a statement only to find that I am being charged for a magazine that I didn't even subscribe to, they took a total of R300 and I dont even have that magazine. I am disgusted by the ******* from TFG and I want my money back.
