Opened a account in June 2024

Never used the account , found out there were insurance policies and data simcards eating my credit away

Wanted to use the account end of Feb 2025 Decided to pay R1200 in store so i can use my credit plus my R1200 , was advised my account was blocked later on it was said that there was no credit available as the account was in arreas . Found out the policies and data sim carda were eating my credit away i did another inquiry and requested for a refund . They refunded R915 from the R1200 i paid in store i then requested a refund from the insurance policies and data simcard ( which I don’t even have a simcard of ) they did both reversals which was the R915 into my bank account and the insurance policies and data refund om my credit balance . Pulled a statement saw there was available credit to spend a week later i wanted to purchase in store the credit disappeared and i was left with a balance on my account

The explanation i am getting is that the R915 was refunded into my bank account , my question is where is the insurance and data refund made to and how is it that there is a balance of R925 owed by me to them

We are in May and still this is still not resolved
