TFG-MARHAM UNFAIRLY PLACED MY NAME UNDER DEFUALT - ITC

Cruel TFG - Markham decided to abuse their powers of having access to the ITC databases, went ahead to damage my name when I raised issues, ***** of extra unnecessary charges they were imposing on my account. They never respond to the emails, but just decided to harras me and place my name on default. How do we go about resolving this matter, HelloPeter, somebody advise please. Why does markham abuse their powers, if in disagreement with the client they place your name under Default, mess up your credit rating?
