TFG making my life a nightmare!!!!!

I am starting to believe the policies this company puts in place are to serve the sole purpose of inconveniencing their customers. After fighting a very long battle with Finrite regarding my cellphone insurance claim and finally getting it approved yesterday. I am now told i can't continue with the process as i cannot provide an original ID although i have produced my temporary ID. Who makes these stupid company policies? What is the purpose of a temporary ID if not to make life simple while waiting for the re-issue of my ID. I should not have to wait for another 2-3 weeks to get a phone! Do you guys not have everything already in your system? This is annoying! Learn to prioritize your customers! Yuuuu!!!
