TFG Limited unhappy customer

Very disappointed with TFG been a loyal customer for years account always paid update on time. But i noticed after sending POP on account they still continued charging additional costs for sms, emails. POP shows date when account was paid and on time but i still get charged additional cost. Its daylite ******* from TFG because ppl don't do the jobs and capture customer payments on time. Very disappointed and will be closing account once paid.
