TFG lacks any customer service

I received a gift voucher for my birthday, Tried purchasing on G-Star Website as it was a G-Star voucher and the jean I wanted is only available online, no they don't allow purchases online with a gift card, this was communicated to me after me following up for a week on why the voucher is not working, complained on facebook, another week later received a link to purchase on fabiani and told hey accept vouchers, great they have my size, again voucher is not working, emailed 3 times to ask for assistance as my order will be cancelled after 24hours if not paid, just now got an email my order has been cancelled. WILL NEVER EVER SUGGEST YOU PURCHASE A GIFT CARD FROM THE FOSCHINI GROUP as there is literally zero customer service
