TFG JUMPS TO HAND OVER ACCOUNTS WITHOUT NOTIFICATIONS TO CLIENTS

My account recently went under debt review under false marketing by Debt Busters. I was told it's 24 to 54 months max only to find it's actually 88 months after 3 months having started the processes.

I cancelled the Debt review and contacted MFC to repay the outstanding 6 months that was behind but never had enough time to wait in line at any of the TFG stores.

TFG decided to hand my account over to Fourie & Associates without at least informing me first.

Now I have paid what I owe TFG but I am expected to pay a third party that I was never contracted to in any way.

To me I sense unprofessionalism and disregard to customers.

You don't Just speak to a third party without the direct person!!

I will hand it over to my lawyers since I have spoken to TFG and they cannot help just as their friends-Fourie & Associates wants compensation for their services.
