TFG is the worst

I have had the worst online experience with the Foschini group . I purchased some items which took 8 days to arrive and in bits and pieces and with the last order I got a package I did not even order . I received shorts instead of shoes. When I took it back Sportscene Clearwater credited the wrong account with the wrong amount too. I have phoned the online support and I have not received feedback. I had bought the shoes as a gift for my husband and I didn’t get it in time and well eventually did not even get the correct thing. I can’t express how frustrated I am. They don’t get back to you on time it’s been a week but still no response even from customer service.
