TFG is the worce

Can you believe after maintaining such a great credit record. 1 month I paid less then my installment,and they marked 'missed payment' on my credit record.

They sent me a msg saying the amount I paid was not enough, I contact them and acknowledge and at the same time promise and make payment arangement to say that I will make a payment of x amount. As promised I make the payment of x amount, yet they mark it against my credit record, how ridiculous is that.

Then the call center girl want to tell me she is sorry that I am not educated about how the credit bureau works.

This just left a sour taste in my mouth about the TFG group really. Over 5 years I hve this account and this is what i get.
