TFG is joke

I logged a complaint today and it got resolved without me getting contacted..what level of pathetic is this?? So you guys don’t care about your customers like that?? Your consultant in the contact centre spoke to me with absolute disrespect and that’s not worth following up on or even listening to the call?? I will be closing my account soon.
