TFG IS FULL OF BULL ****-STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND

I laybyed a ring and return it after paying it off as I sa a better one at another store. I have been battling to get my R14999 refund, its the 2nd month now. Sterns Carnival doesnt care if I get my money or not. I have called the HO and spoke to Lloyd, who promised that payment will be made latest 29 July 2019 and to this day nothing. everytime I'm transferred to his extension and Keshnee's( Bank match manager) goes directly to voicemail. all I want is my money back so that I can buy my engagement ring. Never again will I purchase anything from TFG especially Sterns.
