TFG is a terrible company - no customer service at all!!!!!!!
Even giving TFG a 1 is too much. I have asked for a refund since 23 December 2019. There has been many responses, one saying that the money has been refunded, another saying what am i enquiring - this is after sending 20 or so emails. TFG is so *********** - and have idiots working for them. I have been a customer since Foschini opened and it is ridiculous to be treated this way. The order in query is : P***. i have asked several times for someone to at least call me, and still nothing.
