I ordered a sneaker on Sunday. Made payment and whenever I checked the order status it said “processing”. I sent them an email to enquirer and they said it takes 3- 5 days to process. Today I get an email saying the order was canceled cause the stock was damaged. The order was meant to be a gift for someone so now there’s no gift and TFG has not refunded my money.
