TFG is a disgrace

Very disgusted with the service received from TFG I purchased items on their Cyber Monday sale and was struggling to make an online payment, tried with 3 different banks, called the next day for a remedy spoke to Jasmine Johannesson who was exceptional and helpful on the phone and said she will assist me via email only to lie to me because she hasn't rep**** to an email I've sent since. I called again and the phone was dropped in my ears, called again and asked for a manager I was assisted by Keysia - shes probably not a manager because TFG is a group of over promising ***** who know nothing about service - she promised to call me back at 13.30 and it is now 14.00 I am on a call with them as we speak. If this is how you guys treat clients it's disgusting
