TFG is a ****

I have an account with TFG (TOTAL SPORTS) and my credit limit is R500. I have been paying my monthly installment without a fail since October 2023 and this year 2024 in july I am told that I owing over R2000 which i dont know what is it for. When I enquire with the customer service they told me that I have 7 magazine subscriptions which I have never subscribed for. I have been calling and asking TFG to remove those subscriptions and remove the money that they say I am owing. They told me they are investigating the matter then will get back to me. Its now 4 months.
