TFG is a ****

I’ve never been this hurt in my life i am only 21 years and you know when you are done with tertiary you have to have at least one credit record for a review i then opened an account of R75 a month i would pay it every month even pay more the only thing i took from the account was not even worth the amount of R500 i did report the matter instead they would hang up on me and would even send necessary proof that I don’t owe that much today i received a call from EDC’s(debt collectors) that i am owing TFG the amount worth R1108 not knowing how funny part i would be told that i receive magazines I’ve never seen in the address I’ve never stayed on why should they do this to us and lot of Youth is complaining about them however i will pay for the sake of having a good credit record I received a bad service from their call centre agents we trying to better our lives but this is what we come accross
