TFG Insure you are the worst!

It's rather sad that after trying to contact TFG insure regarding a debit order that is not coming out of my account, still no one is willing to assist. Sent an email on 08/10/2024 no assistance from their customer service, one of them literally laughed while listening to my query. Today I received an email saying my issue is resolved. How? Who resolved the issue and what was the resolution? You are the worst company ever and your customer service staff is unprofessional too! Next, I'm taking this to Twitter (X) I see you like to trend for all the wrong reasons.
