TFG INSURE

I lost my phone on the 23 and I submitted a claim on the 24th of October,they said the September payment hasn’t reflected I need to wait.After that they said they got the September payment they are waiting for October payment.On the 30th of October they declined my claim saying my device wasn’t insured yet I have been paying the insurance for 3 years.When I call the claims department they transfer me to customer service then to finance .It is frustrating because I make sure I pay every month but yet they not helping but they take my money every month what a bad service I got.I called them to inquire today they told me to send proof of payment bcz it doesn’t show on their side I sent the proof of payment they told me I should wait for TFG insure to send the claim to the claims department.Im disgusted by their service
