TFG insurance waiting is ****ing me

This follow up pertaining to my Foschin account where I compalined to about paying double insurance for one cepplphone purcahsed. After I sent my review and recieved a an official business reply saying their cellphone department will get back to me but even today after my review was sent on 07 July I was never contacted and I still pay double insurance for one phone
