TFG Insurance Sucks

I have put an insuance claim with tfg only to find out my phone has been laying in a jet store for over three weeks because appearently they didn't know their insurer that their own company uses when there's information everywhere and its been over a month now and nothing has been done to my phone. It is so frustrating when they deduct the funds each and every month with no stress but when having to claim you get given the run around.
