TFG insurance & some staff suck!!!!

I submitted 2 insured phones in October 2023. One was approved, after waiting for prolonged period, and the other one is still not processed as at Friday 26 January 2024, 3 months later. 3 flippen months.

When I went in to Hi Parow Centre and they called the insurer, apparently there was a missing digit. For the love of all that's holy, the phone was at their store and if they where bothered with TCF they would have surely called me. That was my 3rd trip to Hi store. I have been with TFG for approximately 2 decades and would consider myself a very good customer.

I then go to American Swiss in the same mall for a replacement phone and the sales lady tells me the phone I want is at Zevenwacht Sterns. I drive there, guess what they don't have the phone. Melissa & Shandre there were absolute stars and I will write a different review complimenting their efforts and service.
