Tfg insurance is a ****

What is insurance??? recently logged a claim with tfg insurance which was poorly handled cause til today they have never called me or given me any reference number. Every time I called them,there was always something missing even needed a receipt from me which I provided . Today I called them again which they told me that my phone was not in a safe place or should have left it at home which I then asked the lady that was assisting how was it not in a safe place cause I called see it and my teammates were there which was not my first time doing this and could not leave it home cause I use it to Uber home but the worse thing that she told me was that I should have gotten someone to watch over it like a security guard of sort but what's the point of having insurance if you still need to ask someone to watch over the your bag. This is utter nonsense .I have never missed a premium since I had the device. TFG insurance is a **** which happy taking money from people
