TFG Insurance is a ****

I sent in my cellphone for repairs to the TFG Insurance group between March and April and months later to September I haven't received any querry regarding my cellphone. I called the Insurance group customer care many times and was told that my policy was being reviewed and it's now September and it's still being reviewed. On 3 September 2018 I called again and was then put on hold for more than 10 minutes and AGAIN I called and my call was hung up. If Foschini is actually running a legit insurance then they should stop misleading people with their false claims. I wouldn't recommend any family member of friends of mine to consider joining the TFG Insurance because it's disastrous.
