TFG insurance

I bought my phone 3 months back, unfortunately it got lost but i had insured it. the claim is approved but im told i cant get the same phone because the price is now slightly higher, when i ask to top up apparently i cant as well. TFG insurance is a ****!!!! a complete waste of money
