TFG insurance claim not good enough

Hi so I purchased a Hisense phone in 2022 by Foschini on my TFG account with insurance. On Sunday morning wake up to a lose LCD screen and then I get a call today advising me my insurance claim will be rejected as a lose LCD screen doesn't fit into the category of damaged. So I've been paying insurance since I took out the device and it was all for nothing!!!!!!!! My claim has been closed no help nothing.!!!!
