Tfg insurance claim long wait for approval

To whome it may concern i Ebrahim Hoosain on the on the 26th of September 2023 went it to the jet store to make an insurance claim on my broken cellphone which I purchased at a tfg store and have insurance with tfg note I am not complaining about jet I have no issue with jet... On the 26th of September 2023 I filled out claim forms and spoke to someone on the phone in jet store Gallaria kzn regarding my handset I was told that the claim will take 2 working days to authorize approval and someone will call me to let me know if it's approved and if so I will drop the phone off at the jet store for pick up in order to be fixed note on the claim form I put to contact numbers and my email I made and error with the main contact no as the phone I am currently using in the mean time is not dual Sim but I did put my wife's number as a 2nd contact and my email up untill today nobody has called me only someone called my wife because I emailed tfg and they responded the email was forwarded to the correct department and they also called my wife saying that I emailed the wrong department and they also gave a number to call now why should I call when you guys told me on the 26th of September 2023 in Gallaria jet store that someone will contact me to let me know if the claim was approved or not and if approved then I can drop the phone at Gallaria jet store now I know I gave a number not in use at the moment but I did give a 2nd contact and my email and nobody has called or emailed me to let me know how far is my claim if approved or not it's a whole 11 business days that have passed with nothing from tfg regarding my claim for the cellphone
