Tfg insurance claim

Hello Peter Im facing a problem with Tfg device insurance I submitted my claim on the 30 January 2025 still today I'm still waiting for them to process my claim. When I contact them telephonically or with email..The information I get is they need a till slip that I got the day I purchased a phone which is 6 years back and I informed they I don't have it or say they can't see me in their system so the is no proof that I'm their client and their money is included in my account and I'm paying it monthly..I'm so devastated .
