Tfg insurance a dragger

Good day The 25th of August I reported my phone lost at Markham rustenburg , I submitted everything required by the insurance. In order for me to know why has my claim is not approved I have to go direct to the store and ask and they always call the insurance. And every time it's something, if it's not the right IME no, it's policy schedule, or they are still buzy with the request. Till today(a full month later, nothing. And they decuct everymonth) u even bought another phone.
