TFG insurance

I brought 2 cell phone frm TFG and insure them with TFG since paying from 2022. I lost those 2 phones in a car my husband was the one driving that car,Firstly they sad they don't have a record of me paying for those phones,then I went to TFG store got a mini statement and send them,they change saying that i was not driving that car when I lost those phones they didn't compasate for those phones, but now the cell phone insurance still active when i pay account wht I'm i paying for coz iv already lost those 2 phones i called them several time to close insurance but still active.
