TFG INSURANCE *****

Hi I have an insurance claim for a table that was ****** and cause they didn't have any table for my price range of R3700 tfg didn't allow me to top up and take another 1 so I found a laptop was R3299 Then they made me Write up to them to approve of it after they approved of it then now they rejected me cause they said its a mark down item so how tfg is just a ***** insurance company that is misleading ppl into taking insurance hope you guys can help me solve this case with tfg
