I bought a Phone and took a phone Insurance in 2020 when I bought my phone at Sportscene and I have been paying my account ever since without claiming and 2 months back I lost my phone when i made a claim I was told my claim has been declined and was not told why so since I don't have a phone anymore they are still making me pay R140 for the cellphone insurance.
