TFG INSR

A year ago i purchased a phone at one of the hi-online stores cash . I then took out an insurance for that device in store . All of the paperwork had a TFG logo and every month on my bank statement a debit order by TFGINSR goes off . Now i want to cancel my insurance they tell me i dont appear on their system i must call finrite , the day i took out the insurance they didnt mention anything about finrite , all of a sudden am now insured with finrite but the debit orders are made by TFG . i am so angry right now i dont believe this is TFG . I spoke one of the lady called Rachel and she told me they dont even have contact numbers for finrite . How unbelievable is that , you make us take insurance and transfer us to some third party people whom you dont even know ? I want my debit orders stopped and my insurance cancelled , how you do that is none of my business anymore because i went from pillar to post and your useless call center agents are just useless , they dont listen and they do not assist .
