TFG ******ing Money

They only get a star for because it's a prerequisite on this website. In 2015 i went into debt review and one of the accounts where arrangements were made was TFG. Once the account was settled i realised that the account was overpaid and asked for a refund, however they (Abongile Fiko) advised that the refund must be requested by the agent that was assisting me with the debt review. With all being said and done, the assumption was that the account is closed in 2019, however statements showing a credit of R185.41(Interest should be earned in my opinion) and no buying power were being emailed to myself, however no attention was paid to these statements as they were not willing to refund me and there is no possibility of accumulating debt as there is no buying power. Fast forward December 2022, surprisingly they send a statement indicating that I owe them for transactions made by card payments, mind you I have not had a TFG card for since entering debt review. I have now been handed over for an account that has/had no buying power.
