TFG - I owe you money for clicking on a link ????
So last used my account in 2014 - now I get mails that my account is in arears. So I mailed the 'arrangements department" with no response, so after a few mails I phoned them. Was told it's not their problem and have to phone accounts.
So I phoned accounts and was told that I clicked on some promotional link to activate a subscription - BULL - I did no such thing and according to me the account was closed - I DONT EVEN HAVE CREDIT ON THIS ACCOUNT. My limit is ZERO
So I contacted accounts and was advised that they will reverse the "subscriptions" and close the account - this was 3 weeks ago.
TODAY I get another mail that I owe you money........ I owe you R44 - not much but I not going to pay you for something I did not do
PLEASE CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT AND LET ME KNOW WHEN ITS DONE
