TFG: HORRIFIC INSIDE JOB!!!!

INSIDE JOB: HORRIFIC Multiple purchases were made on my identity. I tried to resolve the matter with TFG but hey are just relaxed... do not care attitude. Went to the police station for an affidavit. Filled out their forms. Still no correction on the matter. May TFG please provide me with the following: Where I opened the account The documents used to open the account The person who authorized the huge amount of purchases An explanation of how a new account was opened I already have an existing one

I am a mental health patient. Going to the police station took a lot from me. This whole saga is taking a lot from me mentally, no to mention that my credit record keeps on plummeting.

More than a month later... I'm still waiting to recalled again.
