TFG has bad customer service
I never knew TFG treated their good customers so bad. Their call centre staff is rude and full of attitude. I was retrenched in 2019. But continued paying the account while I was getting uif. My uif stopped and my daughter took over paying the account. She pays R100 a month. And TFG never had a problem with this. Recently TFG informed me they not happy with the payment and I must increase it. Im unemployed and struggle to get work during this time. Atleast Im still paying my account. In October I was informed that the last payment that I made was in May. They then requested that I email the proof of payments so that they can track the payments. My daughter emailed all of the proof of paymenta from May till September. I never heard from TFG again. A week later someone calls me again. I ask them if they tracked the payments. This person never gave me an answer just demanded a R300 payment from me immediately. I told him I am unemployed and my daughter pays the account. He throw the phone down in my ear. A week later a person from Pre Shrives Incorporation contacted me. I explained the situation to him. He then requested that I email the proof of payments. I then did forward all the proof of payments to them. But heard no response again. I recently received an email requesting that I settle the account in full. No indication if they tracked my payments. I then emailed TFG customer services with the proof of payment. I received an email that they are busy with the matter. But up until this point I have not heard from TFG. How difficult is it to track payments with you have the proof of payments. Because then my daughter must go to the bank and ask for her money back as it seems the money never reflected. I have never been a paid payee. Life just happened. But I never stopped paying my account. Wow I must say you treat your customers bad. I was then informed by someone else that TFG has a tendency to do this when you do eft payments. They are to lazy to do their work.
