TFG Group you have a terrible service.

I made a purchase on the TFG group App called Bash last week , and i got the email immediately saying that the order has been placed and i will get it within 3 days , when I enquired on the website it said it couldn't find my order number , and I then sent an email , I was asked to send POP which i did and still haven't received my order , and it is not the first time , the last time i ordered my order got lost as well and was delivered to the wrong store and i didn't get any apology after that nothing , I had to go up and down trying to find the order , i will not be ordering from them again
