TFG group slacking

Had some excellent service from them the first year or so. but the last year this has proven otherwise. On multiple occasions I've waited up to 2 months for my orders to arrive. Now I've been waiting for over a month for both of my orders to arrive with no feedback whatsoever. I've been attempting to contact them on multiple occasions with no response. Also returning any faulty products or anything is basically impossible, they simply wont return any online orders, seems so be a communication problem between then an the couriers that they use. Will not be supporting them any longer.
