Tfg group is a bunch of loan sharks

Im an account holder with tfg group, sportscene to be exact and im terribly disturbed by how the group is ****ming us as their customers. I am paying my account on monthly basis and find it irritating that I would be called more than ten times on daily basis to be asked if im going to be able to pay the account . I must give them a date on which im going to pay and the amount im going to pay. All this calls that are made to inquire all this nonsense, are charged at R20 and call if you dont take a call, or if you dont want to make arrangements according to their specs of being forced to give a date and the amount that one will be paying. Like today I have received 12 calls in total which are costing me R240 added into my balance. Foschini group is a bunch of ********s which must be exposed to who they are. Its like their employees punish you as a customer for refusing to make arrangement. In essence, we must be indebted to the group for life even when you dont use the credit they provide. Tfg is like a loan shark.
