TFG group/ Foschini online service excellence.

I shopped online for the first time with Foschini. I did have trouble with the site-didn't want to come up with the page for payment details, so I phoned them. First had a lady called Ilhaam who was friendly and kind and walked me through it. It took time and my computer bombed out. When I phoned back I got a lady working from home who said she would make certain that no matter how long it took she would stay on the line until the order was placed and confirmed. She did and eventually we got it done. Your ladies on the phone, TFG are courteous, friendly, helpful and cheerful. A lot of other companies could learn from them. Well done ladies-after a very frustrating couple of days trying to do it alone, you both helped a lot. I look forward to receiving my goods.
