TFG group

I've been applying for a TFG account for over a week now. They keep on asking for the same documents(ID and bank statements) over and over. I send the documents via whatsap and emails about 6 times so I went to their stores in Blue Route mall. Totalsports then asked me for the same documents again(ID and bank statements) 3 days later I went to Sportscene and again I filled in the application like I did online and had to submit the same documents again. Im so frustrated. They can just answer by saying my application is declined or accepted then I dont have to waste my time applying
