TFG GIFT CARD NOT HONOURED

TFG GIFT CARD NOT HONOURED BY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I mislaid a gift card and when presented for a Totalsports purchase I was told by the store cashier it had expired. I then called TFG Customer Service and spoke to Khaya who said he would elevate the matter and attempt to get the gift balance re-instated. TFG system had the exact same rand balance as I had left over on the card. After several emails to their Customer Service Department I finally received a generic email declining my request to re-instate the voucher value. What right does TFG have to withhold my voucher value. JUST HOW MUCH DOES TFG HAVE IN THIS SO CALLED "GIFT CARD EXPIRED FUND" I REQUEST THE GIFT FUNDS BE MADE AVAILABLE AND RE-INSTATED ON MY GIFT CARD
