TFG Gift Card

I was ****** and my wallet ****** with my TFG gift card(value of R1200) inside. I called customer care to have the card blocked which was successfully done. Now TFG is refusing to transfer the funds to a new gift card. This is totally wrong and unfair. I have the Gift Card Number. If you guys were able to block a card from your side, then lm pretty sure that you can also issue a replacement card as well. I REQUEST THAT MY FUNDS BE REINSTATED TO A NEW GIFT CARD.
