TFG *****

I recently received an SMS from TFG mentioning that I have activated an account with them. The issue is I don't have an account for any TFG stores. Then a few days later they debited money from my account, which is a ***** according to my understanding since I don't have a card that I went to activate at one of their participating stores. So how did they get my details and who activated this account because from what I understand, this person must go with identification which I doubt they did have. This is complete *****!!! <br> <br> How they start debiting money from people's accounts who don't even have an account with one of their participating stores.
