TFG Foschini workers ****ming customers

I brought a phone at Foschini on 29 May 2024 in Foschini Jubilee mall and was never offered/given a TFGconnect sim but instead I brought an MTN sim and recharged it with R20 on the same transaction.And now I am finding that there are numerous TFGcon top up on my account which I was not aware of until recently which was brought to my attention by the cashier when I was trying to pay at Total sport.How do I then get to the bottom of this matter
