TFG Foschini - CLOSE MY ACCOUNT !!!~

This would be now the second time i need to write by wasting my time a Review for TFG Foschini Group of companies !!! I have never in my entire life dealt with such a unprofessional company and the staff they employ to maintain their emails and call centres. I have been with them for approx 7 - 9 years and their way of operating such a high profile company with so many stores, it is totally out of controll, try going into one of their stores * MUSIC BLASTING * i have walked out of their stores many many times especially CRESTA MALL !!! Now, one BIG MISTAKE is not paying your account on time ..... My opinion the mandate is to let the DEVIL take note how you treat a customer. First SMS's and then mails and then phone calls. I was admitted into hospital with Double Phemonia at Wilgeheuwel Hospital, with pure desperation and rep**** to one of their numerious nasty email where i get threaten that my account will be put on hold and i will be listed as a bad payer etc etc . I then informed them i am in Hospital, they reply to my mail and yet again i am being informed i will be charged extra etc etc !! Absolutely no regard for my wellbeing TFG just want to get the message over * PAY YOUR ACCOUNT * Now here is the worst part .... I being discharged from Hospital and got a phone call from one of their call centre most rude person from the Western Cape, who laughts at me stating i was in hospital and being told by her, then go to a store and PAY YOUR ACCOUNT !!! so TFG Foschini i hereby in writing giving you notice i am closing my account I have now had enough of you and all your ill mannered staff . They are not in business by offering a service in their shops anyway it is actually a disco, TFG are into hunting abusing customers and if they dont pay their account they found a way to generate income by all these extra charges. Guys and ladies rather go and shop somewhere else, stay away from any of TFG Shops * Alias Discos, Rock a Roll, music playing full blast mess, Call centre abusive staff *
