TFG/FIN RITE THE WORST

I've held an account with TFG/Sportscene, I then settled the account, come month end i was informed I owed R52, I then imquired and I was told it was due to cellphone insurance that had not been cancelled. A week later I went into N1city branch and cancelled the cellphone insurance instore. and was told my account would have a block on it and the insurance was to be cancelled in a few das. Month end came again and i got a text saying I know owed R102. I called TFG and they directed me to finrite again, i cancelled telephonically as they said they never received any cancellation docs from N1 city. It is not 2month later and I am still being called and told I owe an amount of R152. When is this going to be settled.
