TFG false advertising !!!
I am still waiting for the feedback regarding an email that i received on the 08th of September with a promotion code GET35% of at checkout when making a purchase on TFG world items. Please sort it out ASAP. You can't mislead customers with invalid promo code.
On the 14th of September Caela from complaints department contacted me advised that my complaint will be resolved soon up until today i have not received any feedback. i have sending numerous email without any response. I will escalate this to the consumer ombudsman.
