TFG error statements

they have been charging amounts of mags i didn't subscribe almost 2 months i didnt know until on 12 august they sent me an sms that i must pay R415 which makes me angry why my statement says large amount cause im in 12 months plan when i check my account via online ive been subscribed for mags i dont know and i never got them 0n 13 sep 2018 they sent me new statement and it says R718 which i paid R142 on seconds sept and on the 4th sep i got a call from TFG they say i must pay R40 to avoid arrears i paid that R40 on the 5th of sep today ive been told im in arrears cause a month i pay R170 thats the normal amount i must pay please help my card number is 627 ********** 3 77792.
